MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - Montana women's basketball coach Robin
Selvig has announced the signing of 5-foot-11 forward Hannah Doran
of Corvallis, Ore.
Doran averaged 21 points and seven rebounds as a senior at
Crescent Valley High, earning second-team all-state honors.
Selvig says Doran has ball handling skills, is a good passer and
can score. He says she also has good defensive instincts.
Doran's three older sisters have all played college basketball.
She comes to Montana from the same school that Lady Griz players
Lauren Cooper and Brooklynn Lorenzen attended. Cooper is the No. 6
scorer in Montana history while Lorenzen is the Montana career
leader in assists and was the 2004 Big Sky Conference MVP.
