BUTTE, Mont. (AP) - Montana Tech has signed three more football
recruits.
Taylor Long of Townsend started at quarterback for Broadwater
High School and lettered four years.
The 6-foot, 175-pound Long received All-Conference recognition
as a quarterback and as a kicker in 2009, while leading his team to
their first-ever state semifinals in Class B.
Denver Otteson played offense and defense at Tonopah High School
in Nevada. But the 5-foot-10, 170-pound Otteson also is a kicker.
He kicked field goals, extra points and kickoffs.
Ryan Flores, of Spokane, Wash., played both sides of the ball.
The 5-10 180-pound Flores played running back, wide receiver,
cornerback and safety in high school team.

I saw Denver Otteson from Nevada in the All- American game (Fox Sports) this year and he was very impresive. I think he is a Div. 1 kicker, Great job Coach Green on getting such a highly ranked kicker. I understand he had offers from three D1 Schools.

How did Tech get his guy? I looked up his stats and he also lead the state of Nevada in Tackles and also had 2500 yards in offense and scored 159 points. Great job Coach Green. Nice pick up.

WOW, what a pick-up for Tech - Denver Otteson an All American Kicker. This may be one of Tech's biggest Recruites ever.
