Bengals Cut Former Griz Colin Dow

Today was supposed to be the first day of NFL training camp for former Montana Grizzlies offensive lineman Colin Dow, but the Billings native cut by the Cincinnati Bengals for medical reasons. After experiencing some soreness in his back during the Bengals rookie mini-camp, x-rays revealed the vertebrae in his back fusing together.

Dow says he's talked to his agent and a couple teams have shown interest in signing him. He will take the next 24 hours to weigh his options and figure out the long term risks of continuing to play football.

I had a chance to talk to Colin, who is back home in Billings, this afternoon. Click on the "Watch Video" link to listen to the conversation.
