Gazzerro Suspended

Senior linebacker Chase Gazzerro has been suspended from the Montana State football team for violating team rules, Bobcat coach Rob Ash said Tuesday. The suspension will be reviewed upon the conclusion of spring drills, and he will not participate in football-related activities during the suspension.

Hopefully this does not turn out to be too serious. With the departure of Bobby Daly, I was expecting big things out of Chase this season. After finishing 3rd on the team in tackles and 2nd in tackles for a loss, he was in a position to be one of the leaders on this defense.
