Man charged in overdose death

GREAT FALLS - A Great Falls man has been arrested on suspicion of selling methadone to a 42-year-old woman who died of an overdose on June 10.

Cascade County Attorney John Parker says David Beverly was arrested late Thursday afternoon and faces a negligent homicide charge.

Parker says Beverly also faces two counts of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs and one count of witness tampering.
