American Dream Montana put a press release in the envelope, along with the card. The release says the group is renewing its lawsuit that challenges Flathead County subdivision regulations.

American Dream Montana says the latest regulations, adopted recently, go too far in limiting the right to own and control property. American Dream originally filed suit in 2007, but put off having the complaint served until Flathead County completed work on the regulations.

The Montana Building Industry Association is challenging the regulations in suit filed last month. County commissioners say the regulations are a good step, and are legal.
