4 men charged in shooting incident

VIRGINIA CITY - Four young men were charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass for trying to tip over the small trailer of a 64-year-old man who is charged with shooting one of them in the face.

Casey Cox, William Grose and Steve Becklund have pleaded guilty while Morgan Dorseth, who was shot in the face with a high-powered rifle, has pleaded not guilty to the two misdemeanor charges.

Richard Schueneman is charged with felony assault with a weapon in Dorseth's shooting. He was released from jail Monday at the request of Madison County Attorney Chris Christensen.

Dorseth is recovering after undergoing several operations on his jaw in Seattle.
