KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) — A Flathead Valley woman has pleaded guilty to embezzling $67,000 while working as a bookkeeper for a Christian radio station in Kalispell

The Daily Inter Lake reports Jessica McGee entered her plea Thursday in District Court in Kalispell. Prosecutors charged her with taking money from Kalispell Christian Radio Fellowship, which operates KALS radio.

The Flathead County attorney's office is recommending a 10-year prison sentence with all but 14 days suspended when she is sentenced on Nov. 10.

Kalispell Christian Radio Fellowship Vice President Roger Lonnquist said in a prepared statement that he forgives McGee, but that she also deserves punishment that will help her to turn her life around.
