Job Description: The position of Creative Services Producer is responsible for the creation of commercial advertising for station clients, tagging of station and network promotional advertising and syndication and producing Sales promotions for Max Media of Montana Stations. Work includes writing, shooting, lighting and editing promotional and commercial spots for broadcast, working with the sales department from each station for coordination of elements and working closely with the Creative Services team to coordinate all Max Media promotions. This position also includes some website based responsibilities for our station website. Travel to our other stations in Kalispell, Butte, Bozeman, Great Falls or Helena may be required.
Qualifications: Writing, shooting, lighting and editing experience required. Final Cut editing and/or Adobe Premiere editing experience required. College education in Broadcast Production or Media Arts preferred. A team-oriented attitude, professional communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and the ability to work effectively in a time sensitive environment required. Applicant must be able to work flexible hours when necessary.
Physical Requirements or Restrictions: Must be able to liftheavy equipment. (Appx. 75lbs.) Applicant must possess a valid driver's license.

Assist business owners, business managers and advertising agencies with the marketing of products and services through the use of television advertising. Prospect for, close, and service new business. Service existing business. Create full sales presentations and promotions. Work with production personnel to create television commercials. Maintain thorough knowledge of television programming, audience delivery, advertising rates and practices for competitive television, radio, newspaper, billboard, and other media in the market. Negotiate budgets in competition with other media.
Qualifications: 2 years outside direct-sales experience (broadcast sales preferred). Record of growth and stability in employment. Solid knowledge of simple business mathematics. Knowledge of television industry and/or other media is a plus. Competitive, aggressive and team-orientated attitude. Superior communication skills (oral, written, presentation). Excellent interpersonal skills; a "team player". Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment. Ability to work flexible hours.
